BCU worked with Solution Out to deliver an Operational Resilience Framework that would support the Credit Union’s strategy, help meet its regulatory obligations and underpin sustainability. The whole team was involved in the project throughout and the insights we gained were invaluable. The business process mapping, in particular, was such a value add and we were able to re-engineer inefficient legacy processes. The outcome is that we now have a fully integrated 3600 view of our operating environment. 3rd party dependencies and critical infrastructures are documented, understood and tested, and we have a plan to respond to business disruption should we ever need it.
